  PROCEDURES

 

  1. Fill, print and return the rental on a temporary basis form, completed a (1) month before the scheduled dates.   
  1. Include in your sending a $1,000,000.00 insurance proof of civil liability (photocopy of your insurance policy).
  1. Include in your sending, a copy of your Trading License (applies to non-profit organizations only).
  1. Include in your sending, a copy of a resolution giving you the right to sign for your organization.

  2. Send to us these three documents with your request
